After establishing SIMS Telecoms in 2021, Wayne has overseen the company's growth and development from the very beginning. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Wayne has been pivotal in the expansion of the company and the learning & development of each operative, whilst ensuring client and customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
Kevyn joined SIMS Telecoms in June 2023 and became an instrumental figure within the company very quickly. With over 25 years of experience in the industry himself, Kevyn has been able to pass on the knowledge he has gained over the years & continues to lead by example day-by-day.
Kailem joined the business in October 2023 to support the daily operations of the company's projects and workload. With an array of experience within the industry, Kailem has demonstrated his knowledge of project co-ordinating & continues his development with the company.
Stephen joined the business in February 2024 as a Field Manager, to supervise and assist our team of engineers. With over 25 years of experience within the telecommunications industry, Stephen has proved to be a valuable asset to the team and continues to pass on his extensive knowledge and expertise.
Darren joined the business in June 2024 as a Field Manager, to oversee and assist with our ongoing partnership with GL Telecoms and Openreach. Darren brings a wealth of valuable knowledge to SIMS Telecoms, with close to 30 years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
